All plugins that utilize the WordPress update feature will certainly be updated. We will also try to update any plugins that do not utilize the update features, but this will depend on access to the specified plugin. For example, some premium plugins require logging in to download the new versions. For these, we will require your assistance in getting access to the download.

Not at all! We will let you know when it is time to upgrade your plan in the event your site starts taking off, incase you didn’t know. If you decide not to upgrade, you will be charged an additional $2 per month for every 1000 over your current plan. If you have seasonal traffic, this may make more sense than upgrading your plan.
